Terms and conditions

Price inclusive of:
Full use of the apartment, its services as described, the final cleaning charge, weekly linen change, water, electricity and gas (unless otherwise stated).
Not inclusive:
The price doesn't unclude a) catering services b) any insurance in the case of cancellation.
Terms and conditions of booking:
After having booked by e-mail within 24 hours you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the avaibility of the apartment.
Non-refundable booking deposit:
Within 48 hours of our confirmation you will have to send us a booking deposit by credit card or by bank transfer.
After payment you will receive a voucher with your booking code, the receipt and relevant details are included.
If the booking deposit is not paid within 48 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Remainder of payment:
The remainder of the payment must be paid on arrival.
Guarantee deposit:
On arrival you will be asked to pay a refundable guarantee deposit, which will be returned to you, in absence of damage to the apartment on your departure.
The client is responsable for leaving the apartment in the state in which it was found.
Check in/Check out:
The apartment will be available after 12.00am (midday) on the arrival date and must be vacated before 10.00am on the departure date.
Number of guests:
In no circumstance can the number of guests exceed the agreed number (this includes children under the age of 2).
Pets:
Pets will be allowed only under special circumstances and with the Kleostours' approval.
Cancellation Penalties:
All cancellations must be communicated by e-mail or fax. Verbal cancellation of the contract will not be accepted.
In the case of cancellation the deposit will be retained as a penalty for lost custom.
If the apartment is not to your liking on arrival, Kleostours is under no obligation to relocate you.
Legal dispute:
In the case of any legal dispute, any claim will be dealt with using the processes of the Italian justice system.
